

Flash pass was nice once received and was able to ride the rides with hardly any wait time. After speaking with the manager it was corrected but the whole time the other employee was talking under his breath and rolling his eyes very unprofessional.

After receiving my gift cards I purchase flash passes and the employee helping was very rude and even lied to me saying that I couldn't upgrade my flash pass. Now from their I went to guest relations to cash in my covid months for gift cards that took another 45 mins, for some reason six flags thinks one person is sufficient enough to handle all the customers coming in.

Got their at 12, from parking to actually entering the park took almost 45 mins. Let me start of by saying the park hours for the day we visited were 12pm to 9pm. To make the long story short I called and filed a complaint on the same day, The person tokes my report she said to me that someone will contact me.
